Agalloch – Not Unlike the Waves

Another one that you don’t just put in a box. Agalloch is an American Metal band, founded in 1995 that plays a mix of styles that sounds like nothing else. Dark progressive atmospheric folk metal would be my best attempt at giving their music a name. Not Unlike the Waves can be found on the band’s 2006 Ashes Against the Grain album.
